CAS Colours & Sketches #215 - Color Week

Back with another color combination for this our host this month, Patricia.  I went to my stamp collection and pulled out a set I bought in 2013 from Flourishes, called April Showers.

I stamped the boots in Island Indigo and pulled out my old blender pen and SU inks for the colors.  I added some polka dots to the boots to bring in more of the Rich Razzleberry color and pulled out my Copics to add a little W1 to ground the boots.  The stitched border die is from MFT - and the sentiment is heat embossed in white.  Viola! - pretty CAS, I think!

    This is so wonderful! I love the CAS style. The white space lets those psychedelic boots shine. Nice touch to add in the polka dots of razzleberry. The speech die I've not seen before - it's great. Thanks so much for joining us at Retro Rubber for our Anything Goes challenge.
