Happy MAY CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge Friends!! We are thrilled to see grass again here in Minnesota, so I thought I would celebrate spring with my CC&S card this week. I love the warmth of the sun and the lengthening days!CC&S #270 is a colour challenge and I had a whole different card in mind when I originally thought of this combination. I don't have Berry Burst, so I substituted Rose Red for the ribbon - which is much pinker than it looks in the photo! The boots are from an old Flourishes called April Showers and Right At Home Stamps' "hello" sentiment from their Thanks a Bunch stamp set.

ReplyDeleteI always like the look of a colored image on a colored (not white or ivory) background, but I lack the confidence to give it a try. You've made the technique look terrific with your boots here.
