It's a colour challenge week on the CAS Colours and Sketches Challenge Blog. Our colours are Pacific Point, So Saffron, and Pear Pizzaz. I'm on a roll with coloring on colored cardstock lately. I started using my small collection of Prismacolor pencils, but didn't have the right blue for Pacific Point. I went to my granddaughters' craft desk and grabbed the 50 colored pencils I purchased from Costco last year and scored! They actually worked well for most of this image!
I can't ever remember inking this stamp up and it's old enough that Stampendous doesn't even list it anymore! (It's called Jar Bouquet.) I thought it would be perfect to use as a Mother's Day card for my mom for our CC&S color challenge. Love how those little blue flowers look!
Take a peek at the DT makes HERE and then try your hand at this week's colours! Hope to see you in the gallery.
