Welcome to the first CC&S Blog Challenge of 2018! Hurrah! I hope your new year is off to a great start. Our talented, new DT members for 2018 are with us this week. I'm so excited to have them on board and look forward to their creativity. Beverly is January's challenge host with a sweet sketch for you to try your hand at for Challenge #254.
Two dies, some patterned paper, a sentiment, three sequins and a corner rounder are all that is used to create this CAS card (with lots of white space!!). The envelope die is from Sugar Pea Designs - called Special Delivery Accents; the sentiment is from Lil' Inkers' Send Pretty Mail.
Take a peek at the DT makes HERE for a little inspiration. You have until Monday, January 15th to play along with us. Hope to see you in the gallery!

This is so adorable! I have a love/hate relationship with the color red - it always feels so overpowering when I use it (even in little quantities), but your card is so soft and sweet. And what a great idea to use embossing for the line!
ReplyDeleteI love this card! It is just perfect in every detail. I'm so happy to be on the CC&S design team with you!

ReplyDeleteI really like how you've used the embossed lines to separate the top and bottom of the card. The tiny envelope is just too cute!
ReplyDeleteGreat use of the sketch with the embossed/die lines. The cute little envelope set them off perfectly.
ReplyDeleteI see you used the new sketch for your card. Love the card with that wonderful sentiment because I love snail mail. :) So glad you entered the Die Cut Divas' challenge.
